Sauce Eatery is a family affair, you will find me, Damien owner-chef in the kitchen and my wife Marie managing the front of house and supervising the busy pizza section. A very simple, non pretentious family orientated restaurant and although I have such extensive fine dining experience, I produce simple fresh dishes that have a home cooked feel to them.
Born and raised in the restaurant industry, with a rich heritage of Sicilian roots and a family of cooks’ love of food and cooking was inevitable. My family have owned restaurants since the early 90’s, the first on Cabarita Road, the only pizzeria in the whole of Concord.
