Montereys Brasserie is our traditional buffet style outlet. Open daily for both a continental and hot buffet breakfast with coffee and tea included in the per head price. Montereys is well known and loved for its sumptuous seafood buffet available very night from 5.30pm until 10pm. Enjoy an extensive salad, cheese and cold meats selection that complements the fresh WA seafood offering (oysters only available on Friday and Saturday evenings) as well a delicious selection of Asian hot dishes. For a relaxing weekend option, book a bottomless high tea featuring a mix of savoury and indulgent sweet bites. Book one of four different packages from the classic Dilmah offering to the indulgent Moet & Chandon package to enjoy along with the bottomless sweet and savoury food menu. High tea is available Saturday and Sunday at 11:00am and 2:00pm by reservation only.
